Text of Complaint by P . Anthony Raj:

My paytm linked mobile number is 9492304740. I transferred RS.4000 to an SBI account from my UPI payment linked IOB account on 02nd February 2019. So far the amount is not credited to the SBI account even after 5 days. I tried to contact the customer care number several times. Even after 30 minutes of waiting, no response from your end. Worst ever experience. There is no proper customer care email id. Worst and poor customer care service I have never encountered.

Though it shows that the transaction was successful, the amount was not credited to the recipient’s account.

Therefore, I request you to look into the issue and help me to get the amount refunded. Here I attached the transaction details.
