Mr. Naman Jain, am filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Complaint Court regarding a breach of contract and non-refund of advance payment by Mr. Soumik Saha. Our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) stipulated the delivery of project by September 5th, 2023, which remains incomplete. Additionally, an advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- has not been refunded as agreed upon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably, Mr. Soumik Saha has not complied with our demands for project completion and the refund process. This complaint seeks the court’s intervention to ensure the fulfillment of our contractual terms and recover the advance payment.
