Text of Complaint by Shavez Toufiq:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stanza Living regarding the ongoing issues I have been facing since I booked a room in their Tel Aviv building with user ID 23TLVBA272. I have attempted to resolve these problems through numerous channels, including contacting their Operations team member, Rutuja Patil, but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I initially booked room TLV1136 as per my user ID, however, a few days later, a representative from Stanza Living informed me that this room was not actually allocated to me. After verifying my details, they advised that I would need to shift to a different room. I promptly requested the authorities to arrange for the necessary room transfer, but despite continuous follow-ups with Rutuja Patil from the Operations team, my request was not fulfilled. Consequently, I continued to reside in room TLV1136.

To exacerbate matters further, the flat TLV1104 was subsequently transferred to another company. As a result, Stanza Living offered either the option to relocate to another flat or receive a refund. I opted for a refund and explained my situation, emphasizing that I had been residing in room TLV1136 despite it not being the one initially assigned to me. Rutuja Patil, a member of the sales and Operations team, was responsible for assigning me to this room. Despite my repeated attempts to rectify the situation, no action was taken, and my ticket was closed without resolution. I have also been unable to reach Pratimesh, who assured me that I would receive a refund.

Moreover, upon ending my contract with Stanza Living, I was reassigned to room TLV1136, and it was guaranteed that I would receive a full refund of my deposited amount. However, I only received a partial payment of 925₹ instead of the entire deposit. This discrepancy is unacceptable, as I was promised a full refund.

I request that the Consumer Court intervene in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. I have raised multiple tickets which have not been adequately addressed, and my attempts to reach out to Pratimesh have been unsuccessful. The lack of response from Stanza Living is deeply concerning and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter promptly and facilitate a resolution in the form of a full refund of my deposited amount as initially promised by Stanza Living. Furthermore, I would appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by the mismanagement of my booking and the ensuing communication failures.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Consumer Court will take the necessary steps to ensure a just outcome. I look forward to your prompt action in resolving this issue.
