Image Uploaded by moses thanga victor m:I had given a request complaint to cancel my broadband connection on 27feb 2020 through airtel 198 customercare,they registered the complaint and said it will be cancelled in 7days after that their executives called me daily for canvasing to stay in their network,but i said no,without my knowledge they hd cancelled my request and till now they dindnt cancel my connection without using how can i pay the existing bills without usage ,i had properly informed and i was frustrated ,if they not resolve it continue it ,i need a compensation from airtel,its a consumer right to cancel the service ,if not needed ,who are they to comple to stay and not accepting the complaint and without my knowledge they cancelled the request
