Me and my family have an airtel family plan, and the plan is shared with others in the same house. Everyone else gets better signal and connectivity than me, and it’s not an issue with my phone.
I have tried to raise a complaint twice on the Airtel Thanks app, but it usually is a useless AI chatbot conversation that never really results into a tangible outcome for my problem. The complaints raised in the app are never resolved, but is somehow marked “resolved” when no action has been taken in this regard. This is poor customer service, and complaint redressal from Airtel’s side, as I have been facing this problem for well over 3 months.
