I am worker in paytm conneqt corp noida..for Kyc and profile
Today i got call from client. As per requirement i gave all information to client
Rishi malhotra (paytm bank) first i dont know he was client on call i thought customer
After info he said to transfer call to manager…which we can’t transfer directly first we transer to seniors then they forward to manager is possible…
But client said transfer to manager i said to transfer to esclation desk..they will forward it to ahead. But he stick on word transfer to senior. I am new in Customer service here.. I shared to my seniors…and client reported to my manger over mobile call… Manger scold me un. Neccesary
He said to issue me final warning letter…is that genuine.?
If client want to talk to manager he need to call to manager (behave was full of attitude)
I will complaint to vijay shekhar sharma also i am also a consumer… Illeterate management
