Respected Team,

I have registered a complaint on 25/01/2021 regarding five of my telephone numbers under the Airtel Infinity Package 999 plan : Among which mine is the primary connection.
The issue I was facing : Unable to use the internet.
I am not facing any issue with incoming and outgoing calls.
As per the promise from customer support, The issue was supposed to be rectified on or before 03/02/2021,and that was the maximum time the customer executive asked me to wait for a resolution.
Since the issue still persists, I contacted the customer care again, and they assured me to solve the issue within the next 48 hours, which is already overdue.
None of my family members are able to use the internet for the past 15 days. My brother, Wife and I are working from home and we are solely depending on the airtel network for the data/internet.
Our works were affected, and we were forced to make alternate arrangements for the internet connection.
Airtel claiming itself to be one the top service providers in the world, who cannot solve a simple internet issue, and not even showing the courtesy to follow up the issue leaves me heavily disappointed.
I request you to work on this issue under priority and solve the issue at the earliest. I also request you to compensate for the mental stress and financial loss caused by the same.
Please understand the situation and Kindly do the needful.
