I have been trying to clear my Paytm postpaid dues , which is availed through Aditya Birla finance limited, but I am unable to do so. This due amount is continuously affecting my credit score. I am unable to contact any relevant person under Paytm or Aditya Birla finance ltd. Whenever I’m trying to make the payment it is showing error form the financing companies end.
