Dear Sir
In the month of May 2018 i called to idea customer care regarding reduces of my plan from Rs 499 to Rs 199/ + gst and executives was gave me the confirmation my plan was reduces but my plan was not changed and now they are asking me to deposit the money as per the previous plan rate and i had tried more than 2months to get the resolution , but his cce supervisor quslity team and his manager whose name is dharampal they all were given me the fake assurances to get the resolution , also i has tweeted now they people always asking to give us some time but they are not giving me the proper resolution.
Today i got the call from Delhi police head constable Randeep Chaudhary , his statement was you have to pay the all amount and he was misbehaved with me and without any prior notice even no any single e -mail regarding filing the complain or pay the amount , how they can (idea) take the action against me ? Fault from idea and they people are continously harrssing me from last 2months.
I had tried all the way to get the resolution but still i did not get the resolution . Please help me sir .
