Dear Vodafone,

i Have observed in my mobile around 30 rupees deducted, after that spoken with Customer care, they are said to me your weekly call minutes overed, so amount was deducted. in that 399 plan is mentioned as unlimited calls, 1 gb Internet and per day 100 sms.   whats the purpose information giving in website or App.

I need for Resolution for that issue and i have taken for 2 compliant and attached below also.

Ref 1:1551301942  Amount deducted due to weekly 1000 minutes crossed, but no information in website.

Ref 2: 2425290052 Suddenly internet pack stopped and my work spoiled around 50 Minutes due to that i have losses 10000 rupees from my project.

I Never seen like customer handling from Vodafone.  i  really unhappy from Vodafone.
