Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding an order I placed on Amazon.in. On 14th June 2023, I purchased a pair of Oakley Rectangular Optical Frames with Order No: 403-2696888-1848342. However, to my dismay, I received a completely different product, namely Intellilens frames, which are not what I ordered.
Immediately upon receiving the wrong product, I promptly contacted Amazon’s customer service and shared an image of the received item to highlight the discrepancy. I explained the situation and requested a replacement for the correct product, Oakley Rectangular Optical Frames. However, instead of resolving the issue, I received an unsatisfactory response from Amazon.
In their response, Amazon stated that my order history reflects a high number of refunds or replacements for previous orders. While I understand that occasional issues can arise during the course of business, this situation is different. The fault lies entirely with the seller or the fulfillment center, as I did not receive the product I ordered. My past experiences with returns or replacements should not affect the resolution of this particular issue.
I have made several attempts to initiate a return for the incorrect product, both through the online platform and via phone calls to Amazon’s customer service. However, I have faced constant delays, unresponsive scheduling, or outright denial of collecting the wrong product. It is disheartening to feel ignored and helpless, especially when I have spent INR 6,759 on a product that I did not receive.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am seeking the following:
– Immediate collection of the incorrect Intellilens frames that were delivered to me.
– Prompt replacement with the correct product, Oakley Rectangular Optical Frames.
– A refund of the original purchase amount if a replacement is not possible.
I have attached the relevant order details and images of the received product for your reference. I trust that you will understand the urgency and the frustration this situation has caused me. I believe in the consumer protection rights upheld by the esteemed Consumer Court, and I have full faith that my grievance will be addressed appropriately.
Please let me know the necessary steps I should take further in order to resolve this issue. I am prepared to cooperate fully and provide any additional information or evidence required to support my claim.
