I am writing this email to raise a complaint against the seller regarding my recent order of Jack and Jones Skinny Fit Jeans in size 36 (ORDER ID:OD428275318337310100). Unfortunately, I received a Regular Fit Jeans instead of the one that I had ordered.
I have already talked to your customer support team regarding this issue, but every time I get the same answer that you cannot help me because it was an open box delivery. I understand that it was an open box delivery, One question that might arise in your mind is why I took the product if it mentioned size as regular. So, if I purchase a new product from a new brand, I certainly don’t know if the fit will be suitable for me. I thought they mentioned it as regular skinny or something like that but it does not necessarily guarantee the right fit. Which I got to know only after I tried it.
but during the delivery time, the courier boy took a photo which you can check for your reference as well . It clearly mentions that the product delivered to me was regular fit jeans.I am just asking you to check for that photo uploaded. Maybe you can get it from the logistic team or so You can clearly see.
I am deeply disappointed with the seller’s behavior of fooling the customer. It is not only unethical but also unacceptable. I have paid for the product that I had ordered, and I expect to receive the same product.
