I have ordered a Wooden Sofa Set 3 Seater from DropCart dated 29th May, 2022 for costing Rs 3,499/- and I was paid online. The product has not been delivered yet and there is no information from DropCart on where the product is? They have sent only e-mail confirmation for “Order #1040 confirmed”. The customer care e-mail [email protected] I have sent for quarry and “CANCEL” the order, and there is no reply & answer, there is no option of cancelling the order in their website. I want to raise complaint and procedure to legal action. What should I do? Kindly let me know?
