Dear Concerned
I am suffering with Network issue since 27.04.2018 (almost 03 month) at my new address i.e. Choudhury Purwa, Rasoolpur Kayastha, Nahar Road, Lucknow. and complaint many times via customer care and written mail to Vodafone Customer Care but till the date nothing has been done.
However as per stipulated time frame of 24-48 hours of Vodafone, I had received call that issue has been resolved but not in actual.
Meanwhile Vodafone is ignoring the complain made by me and continued to charge the bills which I had requested to stop till the rectification of Network issue.
In light of the above yu are requested to please look into the matter and waive of the aforesaid amount in r/o mobile no. 9918339888 (is switched off in view of unavailability of network for last few days finally).
