I have chosen the 399 plan of vodafone for my prepaid number 9711787740
I have tried many times to customer care complaint but I couldn’t connect with any customer care person who can resolve my problem
Whenever I use my internet it finish very soon and deduct my balance , it shows minus 0.01 so I can’t call so I have to recharge again n again and it tells that ” number busy instead of saying balance is low
They are making me fool please strick action should be taken against them.
