To Vodafone,
I Rohit Sharad Deokar owner of number 9136214977 have recently ported from Airtel to Vodafone couple of days ago.
The moment when it got ported i started facing issues with the 4G network data as i am not able to use it in my Home,Area & Locality. I am only using 3G data at my home.
I am really disappointed with Vodafone. I called customer service multiple times for this issue and they raised complaints 2,3 times saying the technical dept. will get in contact.
Received the call from the technical support even they are not able to rwaolve the issue. They say it the nwtwork will improve day by day eventually.
This is not fair at all paying 399 and tax and still getting to use 3G at home while by bill includes 4G.
I want this issue to be resolved or unwillingly i will have to close the sim card and lose my number but that’s not it as a customer i will give a negative feedback.
