Text of Complaint by Vikas:

I purchased the Mixer grinder and 1 time use of it was very disappointing and I requested for a service visit also.
Technician came and told me 1 led of the biggest jar is not good we will change it but I was facing problem in all jars.
Later I talk to his senior at service center via call. He is not ready to accept my complaint as he is continuously saying that the product is ok and even they updated it for cancellation of my complaint with reason: Product Ok

Now he is saying even if we give you new led still the problem will remain and when I said that means your product is not good n you know it. He said I’m not saying that the product is not good.
These days everyone is scamming innocent people I will never buy even a 10 rupees product of Usha in my life and won’t even recommend it to others.
I will also go higher for this complaint until my refund or problem is not solved.
