I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent issues I have been facing with my Airtel broadband service (wifi 04419454319), as well as the continuous disregard shown by Airtel in addressing my complaints. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues through their customer service channels, my concerns remain unattended.

On several occasions, my complaints were marked as resolved without any technician visiting my premises or addressing the issues.
