I am using vodafone internet.. with recharge of 569/- 3 GB per day for 84 days..
From last few weeks.. i noticed that vodafone services is very bad.. harrashing me.. for continoues dudected my main account balance.. even they refunding me.. the customer care representive not talking good but also they are not resolving issues.. now they are blocked my number and now i am not able to call them..
I am using internet service from last 15 years.. and the vodafone internet using from last 2 3 years..
Ealier their is no issues.. from last few weeks they are contionues deducted my balance.. and said that your not use those site which is chargebale.. and bymistakly u click on ads.. thatswhy these type of services are activated..
Why?? If i am not using internet they are still deducting the balance.. even i told them..
I request that kindly check the recording which record every time i called..to customer representative..
Now they are blocked my number.. also my balance is in minus figure.. what am i doing now..??
I want my deudcting amount back also u are check the recording of our calls.. and stop that auto dudections.. which is no useful to me.. kindly solve this extream issues.. they are harrashming mi every time..
