Dear Sir/Madam,
We are writing this to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unjustified rejection of our request to port the mobile numbers of our staffs from Vodafone to Airtel.
On [21-06-2025], We submitted a valid Mobile Number Porting (MNP) request along with all required documents, including the authorization form signed as per the records available with us. However, Vodafone has raised an issue claiming that the signature of the authorized signatory does not match, leading to the rejection of our porting request.
We would like to clarify that the signature provided in the porting application is the same as per our records, and there is no discrepancy. Vodafone’s refusal to process our porting request on these grounds is causing unnecessary inconvenience to us.
I request you to:
Provide a detailed explanation for the alleged signature mismatch.
Verify the signature again with your records and process our porting request without further delay.
If there is any discrepancy, share a copy of the recorded signature for our reference.
As per TRAI regulations, Vodafone is obligated to process legitimate porting requests without unreasonable hindrance. We urge you to resolve this issue within 48 hours, failing which we will be compelled to escalate this matter to the TRAI Appellate Authority and other relevant consumer forums.
We look forward to your prompt resolution. Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a response at the earliest.
