the problem I have faced with Flipkart’s order process, which I believe is an unfair marketing strategy. I have experienced multiple instances where the price of a product is significantly reduced, seemingly to attract buyers, only for the order to be canceled after the purchase is made. The reasons given for the cancellations range from “technical issues” to “product out of stock.” This has happened to me multiple times, and I would like to share the details of the most recent incidents:

Bangle Storage Box: I ordered 5 units of this product on 15th September, which was canceled on 18th September.

PVC Plastic Cricket Bat (Pack of 4): I ordered 3 sets of these on 15th September at 12 AM. The order was canceled early in the morning, and I was informed that I would need to contact my bank myself if the payment was deducted. This has caused undue stress and inconvenience.

Building Block Toys for Kids: I ordered this on 17th September, and it was canceled on 20th September, again citing the reason that the seller doesn’t have the stock.

These cancellations raise several concerns:

Why were these products listed for sale if the seller did not have the stock?
How was I able to place an order if the stock was unavailable?
Why does it take 3 days for the seller to realize they don’t have the stock?
Currently, these products are available at a higher price. Why is this pricing strategy being used unfairly?
What is Flipkart’s responsibility in such cases, and what action will be taken against the seller for repeatedly canceling orders?
Is it just a coincidence that all my orders were canceled, or is this an intentional action by Flipkart?
This situation has caused me significant frustration and has led me to question the fairness of Flipkart’s practices. I am attaching images of my order history as proof of these repeated cancellations.

I request that you investigate this matter and provide a resolution that ensures fairness for all consumers. I also urge you to take appropriate action against the seller and prevent such incidents from recurring.
