I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against your company due to the fraudulent practices and harassment I have experienced during my dealings with your organization.
On [date], I applied for a loan on your website and was approved for an amount of 8,000 rupees. However, I was taken aback when I realized that I was charged an exorbitant interest rate, and the loan repayment terms were unclear and misleading. This resulted in my having to pay a staggering total of 15,000 rupees, which is unjustifiable and exploitative.
Furthermore, instead of providing me with clear information and assistance, your representatives resorted to harassment and intimidation tactics to extract the payments from me. I have been receiving constant threatening calls and messages, which have caused me immense stress and anxiety. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and goes against any ethical business practices.
I demand an immediate investigation into this matter, and I request a refund of the excess amount I have paid due to the inflated interest rate. Additionally, I expect a written apology for the distress caused by the harassment from your company representatives.
If this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will not hesitate to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and consider taking legal action against your company.
