I am writing to register a complaint regarding an unsuccessful food order placed through ONDC Foods on Paytm. On 21/05/2023 at 7:27 PM, I made a food order with ONDC Foods, amounting to ₹231.16, which was deducted from my Paytm wallet. However, despite the deduction, the order was not processed, and my amount has not been refunded.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience, as I expected a smooth and reliable service from Paytm and its associated merchants. The lack of order fulfillment and the failure to initiate a refund have inconvenienced me greatly.

I would appreciate it if you could take the following actions:
Investigate the reason behind the order not being processed despite the deduction of funds.
Initiate an immediate refund of the deducted amount (₹231.16) back to my Paytm wallet.
Ensure that such incidents do not recur and that appropriate measures are taken to maintain the reliability of Paytm’s services.
I expect a timely response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Failure to address this complaint promptly will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative avenues, such as lodging a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection organizations.
