Hello sir/mam ,
It’s been a month almost and complaining regularly on mails to vodafone that I’m unable to call anyone from my no. 9811488616 I can’t even able to make calls to customer care no..
The Vodafone customer support replies my mails and called me back, but they says me to wait for 48 hrs to resolve my issue. and they make me wait again and again after every 48 hrs of waiting .
what they are doing is they continuously change the customer care executive to make me talk on call.
This no. is my one of oldest and important no., many important calls and other important stuffs I receive on this no.
I’ve also recharged my no. for Rs. 398, it’s validity is also going to end.
Plz resolve my problem asap. or if u can’t then you have to pay my losses from past 1 month.
