Dear sir,
There are four unauthorized transaction Rs 149 dated 26.07.2023 via Hdfc bank account. The credited amount is in the ICICI (Ref. No. : ICIC0DC0099-320790470469- UPI Pay via Razorpay and Same Amount dedcuted on 26.01.2023 the credited amount is in the ICICI (Ref. No. ICIC0DC0099-339199454334- UPI Pay via Razorpay These unauthorized transactions were happed 26.07.2023 and 26.01.2023 Same Amount. And same amount deduct quarterly 26 date, 149 dedcut on April 2023 ref no. ICIC0DC0099-311642597857- UPI Pay via Razorpay These unauthorized transactions were happed 26.04.2023, but this amount refunded by HDFC Bank Ltd. on Customare Care Complaint date 28.04.2023 ref. No. W-O CRM UPI 27038013 SATISH KUMAR JANGID. Once again I complained to the bank customer service center and on August 5, 2023, the amount of January and July was temporarily refunded with reference number TEMP CR UPI CRM 30102212 UNDER REVIEW. But it was debited back on 11th August 2023 whose reference number is TEMP CR UPI CRM 30102212 UNDER REVIEW. Therefore, I am requesting you to please refund the amount which be deducted bank account linked to these transactions (list enclosed).
