I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a recent transaction at your Reliance Smart Point store.

On September 14th, 11:05 AM, I visited your store and made a payment of Rs. 499.48/- for a purchase. Unfortunately, there seems to have been an issue with the payment process, as it did not reflect on your end.

In response to this situation, I made a second payment for the same amount to ensure the transaction went through. However, despite the double payment, I have yet to receive any confirmation or acknowledgment of the transaction from your side.

I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this issue and initiate the refund process for the duplicate payment. The payment details are as follows:

First Payment:

Transaction Date and Time: September 14th, 11:05 AM
Amount: Rs. 499.48/-
Second Payment (Duplicate):

Transaction Date and Time: September 14th, [Time of Second Payment]

I would appreciate it if you could promptly investigate this matter and process the refund for the duplicate payment. Please confirm the refund initiation and provide a timeline for when I can expect the funds to be credited back to my account.
