Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Transactree Technologies Private Limited, the company operating the Lendbox peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform.
Recently, I noticed that a loan account associated with Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd / Lendbox has been reported in my CIBIL credit report without my knowledge or authorization. This unauthorized entry has negatively impacted my credit score and financial credibility.
I would like to bring to your attention that I have never applied for, accepted, or received any loan from Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd or through the Lendbox platform. Despite this, the company has reported a loan account in my name and marked it as overdue/missed in my credit report.
Due to this incorrect reporting, my credit score has been adversely affected, causing me significant financial inconvenience and reputational damage.
I respectfully request the Reserve Bank of India to:
Investigate the practices of Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd / Lendbox regarding unauthorized loan reporting.
Direct the company to immediately remove the incorrect loan entry from my CIBIL credit report.
Take appropriate regulatory action to prevent such incidents from affecting other consumers.
I am attaching my credit report and supporting documents for your reference.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and help resolve the issue at the earliest.
