I booked a ticket in name of vivek singh from lucknow to Mumbai on 23 November 2021 the amount was deducted by my icici bank account of amount Rs 6873 but ticket was not booked i got a call from travolook.in that the amount will be returned in 15 days till now after so many calls and mail I didn’t get any refund now they r not even picking calls
