Text of Complaint by Rahul Pathak:

I have booked a ticket from ranchi to sasaram on 27/07/2022 due to unavoidable circumstances I am unable to travel on that date but when I looking for date change or ticket cancellation windows from redbus it seems there is no any window for cancellation and it shows 100%cancelation charge will be applied
