hello. i want to filed complaint against paytm regarding not resolving my refund complaint no.22052709444 dated 18 November 2021. Also the customer care persons are not listening any thing and always ask for wait. its already one month passed but my complaint is not resolved. so i want compensation of 5000rs. as harassment charges and my refund also. also today i called to customer care for resolve so they also told me to wait and they filed mt complaint again as ticket no.22055504030. every time they taken half hours to talk and not resolved my problem. i want complete justice for that. i want harassment charges and my refund amount also.
