Dear Team,
I ordered one of the Item in the name Nykaa Matte Lipstick from Amazon Order no. 417-4125823-5705964 where I received this product on 3rd Nov,21 & I found the Mfd is March,19 & Exp is Feb,22 where only 3 months left for expiry.
Kindle replace or refund as this product can’t be used in short period of time.
I connect to customer care twice they just assured me that we have lodged your complaint and it will be resolved within 2-3 days.But no solution I received then after I connect to Tanmoy B who directly said to me that he can’t replace or refund because that is not under thier policies.Then I ask him that 2 and half year old product you provide to customer so he said that this is third party product and seller send it to you.So just tell me am I purchasing this product to third party seller directly or from Amazon platform.Then who is the whole sole responsible of this so he could not answer my question and when I said that I will escalate this matter so Tanmoy said to do whatever you can.
These are your services Amazon.Your customer care executive could not help instead argue with their customer.
It’s my humble request from Amazon just refund or replace it.
