SIR I order two books from EXAMPUR a government exam preparatory organization ,.. The first book was A combo of 15 practice sets + previous year question papers which worth Rs. 175 INR on dated 16 July 2023 . The concerned institution promised to deliver this book to me. By dated 7 August 2023 But till the date 7 November 2023 the book is still undelivered ..! And everytime I make a call on their respective helpline number and talk to their staff they Always say that the book will be delivered in few days or a week but they do not deliver the book to me. And the second book I purchased was Samanya Adhyan and samanya Gyan one liner book Which I purchased on dated 7 September 2023. regarding institution promised that the book will be delivered within a month but the book is still undelivered and the staff working there was very disrespectful and they did not give me a satisfactory answer regarding the delivery of my purchase .
