I would like to report Cloudtech Fortune (https://cloudtechfortune.com/) regarding serious concerns about the professional certification services being offered by the company.
Cloudtech Fortune advertises training related to professional certifications, including AWS and Microsoft technologies. Based on my interaction/information received from the company, I have concerns regarding the manner in which official professional certifications are being offered or facilitated.
I was informed/offered that [INSERT EXACTLY WHAT THEY OFFERED YOU – for example: they would arrange the certification/exam on my behalf / someone else would complete the exam / certification could be obtained without following the normal examination process].
This raised serious concerns for me because official AWS and Microsoft professional certifications are subject to the respective certification providers’ examination and security requirements.
I request that the matter be investigated, particularly regarding:
Whether Cloudtech Fortune is authorized to provide or facilitate the certification services it is offering.
Whether candidates are being provided genuine certifications through the official examination process.
Whether any proxy examination or other unauthorized method is being used.
Whether customers are being misled about Cloudtech Fortune’s relationship or authorization with AWS, Microsoft, or other certification providers.
Whether the company’s representations regarding professional certifications are accurate.

I am submitting this complaint so that the company’s practices can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken if any misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent certification activity is identified.
I would also advise prospective customers to independently verify any certification offer directly with the official certification provider before making payment or sharing account credentials.
