Hey.. I’m Chirag Joshi the owner of Royal Enfield 350 s Pure Black Purchase From Shree Rajpurohit Automobiles Jodhpur Rajasthan. I’m purchase bike on 7 january 2020 and Recently 29 august 2021 I’m visited Shree Rajpurohit automobiles Jodhpur Service center to servicing my bike. They told me that your fourth free service is expired but when the service is running that time in my town is complete lockdown. I continually told the all service staff but they denied the serve me free.
I m told nothing but when the bike is on service the staff and manager will harrase me one by one that your bikes below accessories parts will damage and the bike is undar warranty but again they denied that it will not covered in claim they all are misbehaving with me. And they hold me 7 hours in the service center. And in the end they mistakes my bike.
