Dear Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had while traveling on one of your NeuGo buses yesterday.
During my journey, I encountered a staff member who was working in the office, and unfortunately, I must report that his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Specifically, when I attempted to bring my mixer grinder onto the bus, he insisted that I purchase a separate ticket for it and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Additionally, he was observed demanding money from other passengers who were carrying electronic items, which further added to the discomfort of the situation.
As a loyal customer of NeuGo, I was deeply disappointed by this incident, as it tarnished what would have otherwise been a pleasant journey. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your company.
I kindly investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your staff member. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with feedback on how this issue will be resolved and steps that will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
