I called so many times on Paytm customer care no. but my issue is not resolved and I raise my complaint on Paytm website but they didn’t reply also.
I am very disappointed with Paytm service and return/replacement policy. More than 14 days are over but my Order No. 12348648019 (Campus Men SIMON Running Shoes (Black)) have not to be replaced yet which are delivered to me on 20th Dec 2020 by Xpressbees courier service with manufacturer defect and next time I will think thousand times before I purchase anything from PAYTM
