I would like to raise my complaint against:

I ordered PUMA Smash 3.0 Sneakers For Men (Rs 1935, Black, Size 7) on 01.08.2024, which got delivered to me on 03.08.2024. Due to a size issue (needed a larger size), I raised a return request on the same date of delivery, i.e., 03.08.2024.

On 03.08.2024, I ordered another pair of PUMA Smash 3.0 L Sneakers For Men (Rs 1838, Size 8, Black), which got delivered on 04.08.2024.

These shoes also didn’t fit and were too large for me, so I raised a return request for this pair as well on the same date of delivery, i.e., 04.08.2024.

Your delivery pickup person called me on 04.08.2024 for pickup. I asked him which shoes he had come to pick up since I have two pairs of shoes for return. He told me to bring both pairs, and he would decide. But I insisted he tell me which shoes he had come to pick up or give any idea. He didn’t provide any information and hung up the phone.

Later, he updated the status to “product failed in image check.”How did he update the status to “product failed in image check” without seeing it? I also called customer support, raised my concern, and asked to register a complaint against the delivery pickup person.

Today 05.08.2024, I received an email stating that my second pair of shoes (costing Rs 1838) also didn’t pass the “image check” for return. Today, I didn’t even receive a call, and without seeing the shoes, the person updated the status again.

I would like you to register my complaint as follows:

1. Please arrange delivery pickup for both pairs of shoes and initiate a refund. Please send another person for the pickup.

2. Please register my complaint against the pickup person (probably named Vikas), since he updated the status to “product didn’t pass image check” without seeing the product, and in the case of the second pair of shoes, even without calling me. This type of person not only troubles the customers, but they also damage the company’s value and image. I request the company to take serious action against him.
