Dear AJIO Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about the non-delivery of my order despite repeated changes to the expected delivery date.
I placed an order on AJIO with the assurance of delivery within the initially promised timeline that is 17th Dec. However, the expected delivery date has been continuously shifted multiple times without any clear or valid explanation. As per the tracking details, the product has already reached a nearby city hub which is davanagere, but it has neither been dispatched to my city( Ranebennur) nor delivered to my address, even after several days.
This repeated delay and lack of transparency have caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Such service is not what I expect from a reputed platform like AJIO. Despite waiting patiently, there has been no proactive communication or resolution from your end.
