Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to bring to your attention the issue I have been facing with Amazon. I had ordered a specific item from Amazon on 26th July’2023 Order Number : 408-7308894-2859527, but I received a wrong item instead on 29th July’2023. I immediately contacted Amazon’s customer service to request a refund or replacement of the item, but I was refused both and now on 27th August’2023 my Amazon account is Hold for no reason. This has caused me mental harassment and inconvenience.
Please resolve the issue promptly.
