Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file an official complaint against [Company Name], regarding an undue delay in processing my refund, despite written confirmation from their end.

Details are as follows:

Order Number: 1509322843FLOPESO

Date of Order: 03-04-2025

Company Name: Flo Matress

Refund Amount: 11985

Mode of Payment: Prepaid (via [Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking etc.])

Refund Commitment Date: 28th May 2025 (as per company’s email)

Actual Status: As of 6th June 2025, refund is still not processed.

I have followed up with the company’s customer care team multiple times. Each time, I have been asked to wait for 48 hours, but no resolution has been provided and no refund has been initiated.

This repeated delay is causing mental harassment and financial inconvenience. I kindly request the intervention of the Hon’ble National Consumer Helpline to take immediate action and help facilitate the refund.
