I want to informe that I have complaint regarding my refund delay for my flipkart order of luminous battery.z which I ordered on 20 march. I have already cancelled my ordered same day but customer care not cancelled it and now the amount is convert into emi which I paid thru my sbi credit card for the amount of 17488 rs and 199 rs emi processing fee also 35 rs gst. It’s near about 1 month and still my refund not credited to my card, now my card bill will generate on 23 april. I talk to flipkart customer care so many times but all the time they said to Wait and not get any support for my refund. I want to informe that if any extra charge is liable for cancellations of ky card emi , I can’t be pay for it it’s a huge blunder from flipkart customer care, they didn’t give any revlant solution regarding my refund. It’s my last warning, if my refund amount not reflected till tomorrow I lodge my complaint to consumer forum .
