I had ordered tge pair of PUMA SHOES from there official website.My order id: 104395408 status as per records is marked as failed and I have been charged ₹3000/- for this transaction.
its been more then 19 days but i have not yet received my amount back in my account.
I called so many times and they only give excuses that our refund team will contact you. You will get your payment back in 5 to 10 working days and so on. So now i want to sue this company for wasting my time and mis lead me.
