I recharged a wrong number through paytm and when contacted paytm they asked me to contact Airtel customer care. When contacted Airtel the first person who answered my call was not at all informative and then was transferred to the floor supervisor. He was also not informative and din resolve my issue inturn asked me to contact paytm without givinge proper reason. And also started abusing me . This is from Bangalore. Please take neseccary action so that I can get this resolved

I don’t really know what is happening to Airtel how can one be calling to complian but can’t get through I register a customer sim after calling they still cut it of I need assistance please
