This is to complaint regarding network issue with call and Internet I have been facing since 10 Feb 2019…
Where I have tried speaking to two of the officers and followed trouble shooting steps still issue hasn’t resolved.
Above all the second executive I spoke to shubhangi malvankar pathetic customer service where she spoke scarsticaly. And upfrontly asked to complained above her.
I want this network issue which am facing to be resolved on priority an against shubhangi malvankar should be thought how to give proper customer service ..or I will consider changing my service provider.
