Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Daikin split air conditioner (Model: ATKL50UV16V3/1.5 TON, SER. NO. : 0012832) that I purchased on 17.05.2023 from GREAT EASTERN RETAIL PVT. LTD., BRANCH : 306, G.T. Road, East End, Burdwan, Dist. – East Bardhaman, Pin – 713101, State – West Bengal and the product was delivered to me on 18.05.2023 (Afternoon). Despite being a newly bought unit, it has repeatedly shown an F3 error, severely affecting its performance and rendering it almost unusable.The unit has been repaired in last month (April, 2024) by your authorized service center, but the problem persists. This time F3 error reappears shortly after the repair, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Given that the new air conditioner was delivered on 18.05.2023 and installed after 18th May 2023, I believe such recurrent issues are unacceptable for a brand-new product within a year from a reputed company like Daikin. Considering the repeated failures and inconvenience caused, I kindly request a replacement of the defective air conditioner with a new, fully functional unit at the earliest. I hope for a prompt and positive resolution to this matter. Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it will help to restore my confidence in Daikin’s products and customer service.
