An issue I have encountered with a recent transaction made using my MobiKwik Payment App, linked to my SBI Bank Account.

Despite the deduction of the specified amount from my account, the transaction status has remained pending for the past 46 days. Regrettably, the funds have not been reimbursed to my account, and I am uncertain if they have been credited to the intended beneficiary’s account.
I have diligently sought resolution by contacting the beneficiary merchant, who confirmed non-receipt of the pending amount. Additionally, I have reached out to the Customer Care of the MobiKwik Payment App and the State Bank of India multiple times. Both entities have advised me to contact the nearest bank branch.
However, my attempts to resolve the matter at my State Bank Branch were met with discourtesy, and I was directed back to the State Bank of India’s customer care.
I am reaching out to you in earnest, seeking your assistance in expeditiously resolving this matter. It is imperative that the deducted amount be promptly reimbursed to my account.
