I had ordered a 8gb genuine Kingston KVR ram stick but I have got a 64gb sd card which is also a replica of samsung sd card and it is not genuine. I have contacted the customer care regarding this issue but not got any resolution. I have proper audio call record plus I also have the proof in the form of video about the wrong product which was delivered to me.

I have not got my refund amounting to Rs. 1024 in my wallet but I have got message that my refund has been initiated.
There is no response from your customer care services about my issue.
Whenever I tried to contact customer care they put my call on hold and then after disconnect it.
I am very much dissapointed by your services.
