On September 14th, 11:05 AM, I visited your store and made a payment of Rs. 499.48/- for a purchase. Unfortunately, there seems to have been an issue with the payment process, as it did not reflect on your end.
In response to this situation, I made a second payment for the same amount to ensure the transaction went through. However, despite the double payment, I have yet to receive any confirmation or acknowledgment of the transaction from your side.
