Text of Complaint by Anarv Vasavada:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Complaint Court regarding a significant consumer issue I have experienced with a recent purchase of a watch.

I wish to provide the details of my complaint as follows:

1. **Vendor Information:**
– Vendor’s Name: watchstreetworld.myshopify.com
– Vendor’s Email: madhavsaini6363@gmail.com

2. **Order Details:**
– Order Number: WS8460
– Date of Purchase: It may be 19/9/23 or 20/9/23
– Product Ordered: Casio G Shock MTG B1000
– Purchase Amount: 1500

3. **Complaint Description:**
I ordered a Casio G Shock MTG B1000 from watchstreetworld.myshopify.com(madhavsaini6363@gmail.com) on 19/9/23 or 20/9/23. Upon receiving the watch, I discovered multiple issues:

a. The received watch did not match the product description and images provided by the vendor. There were significant discrepancies in design and features.

b. The received watch also arrived in a damaged condition, with visible defects, including the watch strap as it does not open.

4. **Resolution Requested:**
I am seeking the following resolution to this matter:

a. A full refund of the purchase amount in Cash, as I did not receive the product as described and it arrived damaged.

b. An investigation into the vendor’s business practices to prevent similar incidents from happening to other consumers.

5. **Supporting Documents:**
I have attached copies of the following documents to support my complaint:
– Order confirmation and receipt
– Images showing the discrepancies and damages
– Any communication with the vendor regarding this issue

I have made earnest efforts to resolve this matter directly with the vendor to no avail. As a result, I believe it is necessary to seek the intervention of the Consumer Complaint Court to ensure a fair and just resolution to this dispute.

I kindly request that the Consumer Complaint Court investigate this case and take appropriate actions to address the issues I have outlined. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter to protect the rights of consumers and maintain trust in the marketplace.
