I’m writing to alert you to a severe problem I had when I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your Instagram page online. The entire experience has left me feeling really let down and upset, from receiving the erroneous goods to receiving no answer at all from your end.

I ordered a particular pair of shoes that were advertised on your Instagram page _shoeniverse_53_ on June 16, 2023 price of Rs.1399. But the item I received is very different from what I ordered. This discrepancy is not a minor mistake but a clear case of fraudulent misrepresentation.

I have tried to contact your customer service multiple times via email, direct messages on Instagram, and even through phone calls. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgement of my complaint. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer, I have the right to expect transparency, honesty, and quality service. It is disheartening to experience such a level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I trusted your brand and made a purchase based on the representations made on your Instagram page, only to be severely let down.

I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a prompt refund for the incorrect product that was sent to me. Additionally, I request a formal explanation for the misleading advertisement and the poor customer service I have received thus far.

If this matter is not addressed and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer. I may pursue legal recourse and also share my unfortunate experience on various consumer review platforms and social media channels, in order to warn others about the fraudulent practices associated with your brand.

I trust that you will treat this complaint with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter. Please provide me with a confirmation of receiving this complaint and an outline of the steps you intend to take to rectify the situation.
